He was always available to answer any questions, wasn't pushy, was supportive of our process, diligent in helping us find the perfect home, and so attentive during the closing. This was our first home purchase and from the very beginning Erich took the time to help us understand the whole process and get to know us and what we were looking for. He never made us feel that we were asking too many questions and helped us feel that we could trust him 100%. I don't have a single negative thing to say about Erich and cannot speak highly enough about working with him. Even though we bough a house in an area Erich wasn't too familiar with, he was honest about his knowledge and promptly looked into any and all questions we had about the neighborhoods. I kept telling Erich that I was so surprised the process was so easy and I am sure that is 100% due to everything he did on his end and all the stress he kept off our plates.
