Athena made buying my first home a wonderful experience! She was extremely available and patient with us as we checked out different places before we found the right house to make an offer on. The Denver market is crazy, but she's so knowledgeable and experienced that the first offer we sent in was accepted. I've recommended her to friend and family and continue to do so to anyone who is looking for real estate help. She's also kind, honest, extremely savvy, endlessly positive (which really helped throughout the financing process) and really just the best realtor you could possibly work with. I thought I wasn’t in a good place...until I told Jessica, my REALTOR, what I needed to sell my home for and how quickly I needed to sell it. However, she kept assuring me everything would be fine. I thought my timing was horrible because it’s winter time, how long properties are taking to sell right now, and how much I needed to sell it for.
