Selling a house is never fun or easy but my experience with Martin made the whole occurrence incredibly painless and fun. Martin was always on top of everything and provided helpful suggestions throughout the process. Martin took care of everything, including pictures of the house, staging the home, creating the website for the listing and coordinating the showings with the respective buyer's realtors. He made the house look so good that we weren't sure it was the one we were selling. I can highly recommend Martin to anybody that wants to sell their home. He has earned my respect as an extraordinarily honest and fair individual with a sense of humor which is necessary when selling a home. There are good and then there are great realtors. Martin falls in the great category; you will not ever regret retaining him as your realtor.

Alex walked us through every step of the buying process, from what to expect when you first start looking at properties, all the way to closing, which is what we needed as first time homebuyers. Alex was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and clear throughout the entire process. At closing, the selling agent made it clear that Alex was the main reason why they went with us-- because Alex was so easy to work with and very obviously experienced. She fought for us extremely hard in this crazy market, we couldn't have done this without her!
