Patty was very helpful to me with my first home purchase! She was always available to answer calls/texts and was very knowledgeable with answering my questions. She was great at guiding me through this process for the first time and I'm very happy with my new townhouse!

My husband and I met Kim three years ago when we began looking in and around Boulder for our Colorado home. We are from Kentucky, and we didn't know the area particularly well, and being out of state posed it's own challenges. Kim did an outstanding job helping us to get to know the areas around Boulder. She answered our endless questions and she served as our "feet on the ground" here in Boulder when we were interested in a property. She always selflessly gave her time and would go check out the property and provide feedback for us. When we finally found "the one," Kim expertly guided us through the entire purchase process. She diligently worked to ensure a seamless closing. In short, she is a phenomenal realtor with unparalleled experience and customer service. She is the best of the best, and we are proud to not only call her our realtor, but to also call her our friend.
