We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Lisa Huntington-Kinn to help us purchase our first home. From the very beginning, Lisa was an indispensable guide through what could have been an overwhelming process. Lisa’s expertise in the Denver area was incredibly valuable as we navigated different neighborhoods, properties, and ultimately found the right home for us. Her negotiating skills and ability to build strong relationships were especially important when it came time to make an offer. We truly believe her approach and interpersonal skills played a major role in getting our offer accepted. The house-hunting process itself was also fantastic. Lisa made herself available around our schedules, was incredibly responsive, and paid close attention to what we were looking for. We never felt like we were just another client on her list. Instead, it felt like we had our own personal realtor who was fully invested in helping us find the right home. Buying our first house in May was a huge milestone for us, and having Lisa in our corner made the entire experience feel much more manageable and reassuring. We’re incredibly grateful for her expertise, dedication, and guidance, and would wholeheartedly recommend Lisa to anyone looking to buy a home in the Denver area.
