Katina has been an excellent realtor to work with and we are so grateful for her knowledge, expertise, and patience. We were looking to buy our first home together as a married couple with young kids. We had a difficult time deciding what we wanted in a home and Katina did an excellent job of assessing our wants and needs and helping us meet those with what was realistic for our budget. We had several instances where we changed our decision and she was patient and receptive through the whole process. I really feel like Katina cares about her clients and wants to help them, and this is something we hadn't experienced in the past. She advocates for her clients in every way possible, and throughout our entire process, she was extremely effective at communicating every change or piece of information. Buying a home is one of the most stressful life events and I literally do not know how we could have done it without her.
