We had a great experience working with Renee. She carefully listened to the type of home we wanted, and sent us daily updates in her online system. This was very useful, allowing us to make comments on listings, save properties as favorites, or delete. Her communication style is clear, timely, and tailored to our schedules (email vs phone depending on the time of day). She quickly showed us properties we were interested in, and once we were ready to make an offer, she worked quickly to submit it to the seller. We ended up having to work with a very difficult and non-responsive seller/agent, and even when we were all frustrated, Renee remained persistent and professional in her varied and many attempts to get a response from the seller. We were lucky to have an agent who was even willing to go to the lengths that she did in order to get our first choice property. Highly recommend working with Renee!
