Elyse was knowledgeable about market trends and when is the best time to list the house to get the best views. Not only was she great at what we needed to do in order to list our house, she knew what was going to be questioned and gave us an honest, up front review about what it would look like for listing, views, contracts, etc. Elyse was on top of things getting done and always let us know what was happening. She really kept us in the loop. Also, I felt comfortable going to her when we had issues, knowing we would be able to figure things out and get done what we needed. I would completely recommend her to others in order to sell or buy a house.

I've used Danna as a realtor for multiple purchases and sales for both personal and investment property. Melanie and Danna helped me sell an investment property and purchase a new investment property, all within a 3-4 week time frame! With so many moving parts and items, their knowledge, experience, and professionalism were paramount in the successful sale and purchases. Selling or buying a property is stressful. Doing BOTH is twice as stressful. I knew that both Danna and Melanie would take my requirements and drive to completion all while keeping my information private/confidential in a situation that was very sensitive.
