Within a minute I knew she was the agent for us. Heather came by to walk us through the process - she did not push to just sign a contract - she walked us through the process on what will happened, what I would need to take care of, and what she will do to ensure the selling process was stress free (I was out of the state). Heather listen to our wants and needs and surpass every expectation that we had. She was laser focused on ensuring we were taken care of. I forgot that she had other clients.
