I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER FOR YOUR REALTOR NEEDS. Malaika was very nice and professional. She was quick to respond to any questions she kept her word when she committed to doing something. I was impressed with her commitment and dedication with the sale of my condo.

Malaika was an excellent realtor. She was informative without being pushy and she made a strong effort to determine our preferences. Pleasant, objective and always our advocate. Knowledgeable about the closing process and she dealt with surprise situations smoothly and efficiently.Professional every step of the way.

Malaika made my home buying experience so enjoyable and helped me every step of the way. I couldn’t have done it without her guidance and support!

We truly felt we had the best realtor while working with Char. She is an extremely knowledgable real estate agent and kept us informed with every little detail every step of the way on buying our new home. She was very patient in explaining the process to us as we were new to this whole experience. Char made it all go so smooth and stress-free! Char was always available with any questions we had and always took the time to make sure we understood the process. She certainly knows the real estate market and her attention to detail was reassuring. We highly recommend Char and her wonderful ability to make anyone feel comfortable and at home with her kindness and friendliness.

Charlene helped us by this house a little over two years ago and was very attentive to what we needed. She was always there to show us properties until the right one came up. When it came time to sell she exhibited the same attention to detail and made the sale a breeze. Again attention to detail right through the day of closing. We will always be grateful. Thanks again Char, Darrell (Chuck)Wilson

Working with Char was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I was helping my mom and dad buy their home and needed someone knowledgeable and patient. She gave honest advice and made the process less stressful. I loved that when answering my mom's questions, she was transparent and honest. I would 100% recommend Char to anyone needing help with buying a home.

We led Kathy on quite an adventure with the sale of our home and the purchase of a new one. Thru multiple terminated buyer contracts and a terminated seller contract, Kathy advocated for us, communicated quickly and helped us find the right solutions to these problems. Ultimately, we ended up with great buyers for our home and an even better home than we imagined. Without Kathy's support and representation with other agents, we would not have gotten thru it all! You would be fortunate to have her on your team in your buying/selling journey.

We had a great experience with Kathi Donivan in selling our home. She was excellent at maintaining open and timely communications with us throughout the entire process, starting before we listed through closing. Further, Kathi went above and beyond in helping manage work items necessary to sell the house as we were living out of State. We were highly pleased with the staging of our home and thought that was helpful in successfully marketing our home. She has a great team, and we enjoyed their partnership in selling our home. We would recommend Kathi Donivan to anyone seeking a top-notch real estate professional.

I had an excellent experience working with Kathi my real estate agent during my house purchase. She is very knowledgeable, attentive, and always available to answer my questions. Kathi’s guidance made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly felt supported every step of the way and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. Thank you Kathi for all your hard work!
