We had the pleasure of working with Richie Averill at The Knoll Team and our experience couldn’t have been better. We were moving back to CO from out of state, so we anticipated that it could take us weeks if not months to find a house virtually in this crazy Colorado market. Several days into officially “house hunting”, Richie graciously did 5 FaceTime showings with us in one day. Virtual showings can be really tough, but Richie is such a great communicator and took the time to walk through the house slowly, sharing his observations and insight, and giving us background and his opinion on the neighborhood as well. His approach really helped put us at ease about not seeing all the houses in person. We really loved one of the houses Richie showed us that day, but we felt apprehensive about submitting an offer because it was listed at the top end of our budget. Richie encouraged us to go ahead and try and with his knowledge and expertise, Richie wrote up an offer that he felt was very competitive. In the end, there were multiple offers on the house, but the sellers chose us (despite the fact that our offer was not even the highest!!) because of the strong offer Richie had put together. There were a few issues that came up with the house throughout the inspection process, but Richie negotiated all of those smoothly and everything was settled in a manner that left both us and the sellers feeling respected and confident. So all in all, Richie found us our perfect house right in the area we were hoping for in less than a week. If you’re looking for a less stressful home-buying process, I highly recommend Richie and the whole Knoll Team.

I always see posts after someone has a real state transaction claiming that their real-estate agent is the best; however, hands down I can say mine shines brighter then the rest. First and foremost, she is knowledgeable. In the process of buying and selling there wasn’t one question she could not answer. She does her research and uses her resources. She knows the locations and market through and through. She researches the HOAs and what is required of you and makes sure it fits your needs for you and your family. There was never anything that came up and surprised us because she made sure we had all the information from the start. Furthermore, she has the best communication skills in the field. She always answered her phone or was very quick to return calls. She always kept us in the know. In addition, she fought for us. Buying a new build comes many challenges. Work gets delayed, contractors change, and sometimes the work doesn’t meet expectations. Elona faught to make sure we were happy. She even had outside contractors double checking the work to make sure it was up to code and done correctly. Even after we closed she dealt with issues that arised in the new build. Also, her attention to detail is astonishing. She found things mistaken in contracts. Read every line and explained it to us before we signed. Our closing also got delayed due to things out of our control. She pulled a miracle working with the builder the closing office and the loan officers to make sure we closed on time. I can go on and on about how hard Elona worked for us and all the things she’s done. Elona will work above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase. She puts her clients first. I can’t recommend her enough.
