We did not have a big sale, but it meant the world to us to get it sold so my mom could have a little cash to get her through the months following her husband's death. It felt like a hopeless situation and that we would never get the property sold. Heather not only sold it within weeks, she sold for above asking price and had it closed shortly after contract acceptance. Zero hiccups. She went above and beyond to coordinate with the HOA, title company, buyer's agent, and us. She treated our small sale no different than a million dollar transaction. You truly cannot find an agent that will work harder with more heart than Heather. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Crystal came recommended to us and she proved to be even more than we hoped for in an agent. She was extremely helpful in working through our questions and concerns and moved our process along quickly and professionally.

very professional, would definitely work with again!
