Due to changing family circumstances, the time lines and price points were continually changing and Joey handled all the changes professionally and with a positive attitude. He was honest in his assessment of changes and improvements regarding the property, and because he is from the area, he had a lot of local contacts that we utilized. Toward the end of the sale, everything had to be handled long distance, and Joey had to make a lot of phone calls and handle additional responsibilities above what a traditional real estate transaction generally requires. We had a relatively quick sale due in large part to Joeys guidance through the process. We would definitely use Joey again.
