I can not say enough good things about Jennifer not only as an agent but as a person. She is one of those people that treats everyone as a long time friend. We were buyer newbies and she baby walked us through every step and never made us feel ignorant no matter how clueless we were. She is a fixer! Every obstacle that occurred (and believe me there were plenty) she tackled like a fat kid fighting for the last piece of cake. Jenifer was literally the answer to our prayers. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

She did a good job for us. She kept us informed during the sale of our home. From the beginning she told us things we could do to sell our home. I regret not painting over the wallpaper as she had suggested. I believe we could have sold it sooner and probably gotten more for our home if we had listened. It helps if you have the money to make upgrades like updating the kitchen and bathrooms as she had told us. She was very professional and very knowledgeable. I feel like we gained a new friend in Mrs. Charles.
