I don’t have the space here to really express my gratitude to Pheloundashea. From day one her professionalism was over the top. She asked what was desired as far as the proceeds from the sale of the home. And also the time frame in which to be at the closing table. She fulfilled everything that was asked of her. The property was put on the market, had scheduled showings, and sold all within a month’s time. And not to mention there were other properties in the same subdivision that has been on the market for months and hasn’t sold yet. So my hats off to Pheloundashea for a job well done.
