We all agreed to raise the price from what the first realtor suggested, after Marcus did his research. He always listened to our concerns. A month later we got full price offer on a house that needed some attention. While closing house, we got a cash offer on land only coming down 5500. from asking price and closed a few days ago! We are extremely happy. My daughter and I who are both Trustees of our Moms estate are thrilled with his knowledge, the rapid response to our needs and how he went the extra mile. He made trip to house to put light bulbs in all fixture needing them because we both live so far away. He made many more trip out to house to do things for us and ever went over just to look at clearing job I hired someone to do to make it accessible to show 11 acres land. Title company even commented he was right on top of things. Very thorough. Energetic, kind, trustworthy, fast responses and a good communicator. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone selling a house or property.

Char's great to work with and she really gets the job done. After the sale, she's kept on the builder to live up their obligations. She's prompt with paperwork and other requirements. Will definitely user her again.
