Walter was phenomenal!! His advice on pricing and other minor negotiation techniques was on target. Once we decided to sell vs build, we met him and we felt that he was a very caring and loved what he does, helping clients like us. Our property was listed with another company 3 years ago, and we received no offers then, but Walter sold it in less than 30 days from listing! Walter was a delight to work with during the whole processes. I would give him my business again, as he is very knowledgeable. Just as important to us, he is a very responsive, caring, and trustworthy individual. Very highly recommend.
