I recently closed escrow on my new home in Gladstone Oregon with Thom Butts' assistance. This is my third transaction with Thom's assistance. Of three different Realtors I've worked with in the past, Mr. Butts is by far the most impressive. From prequalification, through searching within my budget, preferred amenities, and location, walk throughs, offers, inspections, appraisal, and finally closing, Mr. Butts kept me informed of my buyer duties, and was always responded promptly when I had questions.

We have bought and sold homes and property with Julie a few times now. She always is very thorough and has our best interest covered. She has a great knowledge of what needs to be done through the buying and selling process to be sure your bases are covered. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent! Not only is Julie good at what she does, but she is a pleasure to work with.
