Smooth sale with Less Stress

It is Stressful with all the variables and factors at upgrading to a newer home. Once we spotted our next house, We were able to get in right away and present a offer that worked for us. Also, Tammy had our house on the market within a week with her directions. Only very helpful experence as our House sold in 24hrs with more then listing price. Tammy is very direct with the other listing agents, not leaving anything to come back to us later. Tammy has the resources to double check or answer our questions. Allowing a smooth process to move into our updated home.
