We worked with her in purchasing a house she was listing. She was able to help us negotiate through some banking snafus with our bank and convince the seller's to be patient while those issues were resolved (records issue). We were able to purchase the home and have been living in it now for a year and happy with the purchase.

My wife and I was relocating from another state after working with us in one day she knew our taste and what type of house we were looking for although we were out of state Tracy would keep us updated on properties that would open on the market. Although closing Tracy's patience and professionalism never floundered. I would recommend Tracy Lee to anyone. Thank You Tracy for all of your hard work.
