"This is my third time dealing with Frank. At this point Frank is starting to become family.. I'm truly great full to have Frank on my side.."

As a first-time homebuyer, I went into this process completely blind. I quickly discovered that this was not going to be a quick and easy process, and Barbara was there to guide me every step of the way. There was so much I had to be educated on and prepared for, such as the possibility of an appraisal gap and what the best strategies may be for me to land my dream home, and Barbara gave me the knowledge in ever single area. Barbara also always made herself available any time I wanted to tour a new house, which there were a handful in our 6-month span of searching. After quite a few rejections, she helped me come up with the best strategy and offer that we could put forward (while also ensuring I was protected in this offer) and my offer was finally accepted for my dream home! I truly do not think I would have gotten my offer accepted if I did not have Barbara as my realtor. Not only is she knowledgeable in the industry, but she is also incredibly caring to her clients and wants to make sure that their needs are met and comes first. I would recommend Barbara as a realtor to any close family or friend, and would absolutely love to work with her again!
