She made sure I was aware of everything going on, what to expect throughout each step of the process, what made one property more valuable than another, little things to keep an eye out for, and so forth. She's very easy to work with, is very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and upfront and honest. She is also very quick to respond to all of my emails and calls.
