We have years of memories in this home, growing up, extended family gatherings and the place we called home. The buyer's agent complimented Patrick as such as in today's frenetic market it's not always the case. I referenced our home. I realized as we completed the sale the buyer had a positive experience with the smooth transactions and amenable negotiations.
