It all stared when I saw a home that I fell in love with and being desperate to sell my other home. I called Rick Navarro from the number posted on the for sale sign ( Modern Really) on the dream home that I fell in love with in Visalia, Ca. On a Sunday, he answered my phone call, I felt like my dream started to become true. Rick was very positive, informative and of course professional. He made me feel like I owned the home already. He even called some lenders that same day to ask questions about my financial situation. That’s when I realized that he was our guy! He is not afraid of negotiating with anyone that made us feel like a family member or an army fighting for us. The pictures, structure, negotiations, his active actions and confidence was impeccable. He kept us very informed. I actually, had a realtor before him but I had to replace him because he was a unmatchable compared to Rick Navarro.
