I cannot comment enough about the quality and quantity of service, a buyer or seller receives when they choose Lousie (Weezie) Flannagan as their choice agent for their real estate transaction. From beginning to end, Weezie was there for it all. From making the correct assessment of price to list the home, the little touches to make to bring the pop and shine to attract buyers and staging, to the showing and negotiation strategy, she is an expert and did it all. In listing our estate sale and helping price items for sale, she too took care of the bulk of the operation. Then comes to the new home purchase. Being that we were moving out of state, Weezie used her personal network (of which is huge by the way) to connect us with an agent she actually knew in our new area of choice. She matched us perfectly, and we found a great new location and home. We decided to remodel, and she found, interviewed and helped select the contractor, she designed the remodel, coming out to measure and shop for flooring, cabinets, appliances etc. There are no realtors I know who care for the well-being of their clients so much.
