She had me so deep in trouble I was on the verge of losing both-my old home & the new home I put a deposit on. She had me spend $1,500.00 to paint. she lowered the price by $10k. She Actually did a Virtual Staging without my permission.l didn’t even recognize my own home. She told me “I don’t know what else to do” “I’ve tried everything “. He had me put back the furniture, artwork back on walls. It looked like home again. He helped fixed little things ; sliding door locks, stove knobs, refrigerator,(too many things to list) . John research comps in my area, He knew what he was doing! Everyday he would check in with me with updates. If got stressed or worried, John would sense it. He would tell me a silly joke just to make me laugh. That was his way of letting me know it’s gonna all work out. It didn’t take long before there was a sign that read -SOLD!
