Anthony is a wonderful realtor and great person. I recommend him to anyone buying or selling. How can I rate someone a ten on here??? Anthony is smart, knowledgeable, caring and patient. This was my first home purchase. I was amazed that he knew every area well! I especially liked how he always kept in touch throughout the entire process. He answered my many "first buyer" questions. And I was always informed of exactly where we were at in the process, and knew beforehand what the next step was. He was very easy to communicate with. And he struck me from day one as being an honest and genuine guy. I was comfortable that he was looking out for my best interest. He even helped me close for less than the asking price. Anthony listened to what I thought was important in a home. He worked hard to incorporate that, in the lowest crime area of Stockton, timely close, AND within my budget! This guy is nothing short of amazing. He ought to be wearing a big "R" on his chest, and a cape!
