Charla came into our lives at the perfect time. Her name was on the sign for a neighbor's listing & we talked to her then about our possible future plans. When we were ready to sell, we contacted her. She was amazing! She quickly organized what we needed to know and do, and like clockwork everything fell into place. We are elderly & hadn't moved in 30 years. We needed to move to the Midwest shortly after listing, and Charla made it all come together from a distance. It doesn't matter how close or far away you are in selling or buying, she is as good as local could ever be! She is passionate about details and about people! She insists on knowing everything about both sides so she can be sure everyone gets the best of the best. No surprises, she will be on top of any issue that could arise from either buyer or seller. She wants the best for all. No question you have along the way is not important, and she will get back to you as soon as she is able. Her cheerful and positive attitude in helping people no matter which side you are on is phenomenal! And it's so nice to know that whenever you call or text or receive a call or text from her, her cheerful voice always tells you it's a good day!

MJ was professional and family oriented. Made us feel comfortable and in great hands. It was a pleasure working with him as he took us on our journey to home ownership. We were in good hands all throughout the transaction.
