This is the second time we’ve worked with Jen. Both times she helped us find and secure a home with us being over three hundred miles away - not an easy task. She’s great to work with, knows her stuff, goes above and beyond, and really made the home buying process a good one.Jen’s preparedness and attention to detail has made these experiences much less stressful than they could have, or perhaps should have, been. She’s great at keeping us in the loop and updated every step of the way, while making sure we were comfortable and our concerns were addressed. She always made sure we knew what was going on, where all the moving parts in the process were and what would be happening next. These updates meant a lot and helped reduce stress because we trusted Jen and knew that she would make sure we didn’t miss anything.Home buying is already stressful but buying from afar brings a whole new level to it. There were several things we wouldn’t be able to attend to in person and it’s too big an investment to leave with just anyone. We needed someone we trusted, knew us and could depend on, and that’s definitely Jen. She’s earned that trust many times over and that’s why we hope and plan to work with her again.

Jennifer was amazing. We came to her thinking we knew what we wanted in our new home but realized during the process that we needed something completely different. She worked tirelessly sending us options and going to showings. We felt like Goldilocks trying different homes, floor plans and neighborhoods until finally a million showings later we found just the right fit. While we were looking online I know we could not have gone through this process alone and I am so thankful Jennifer was there every step of the way! I don’t think we will be moving anytime soon but if we did Jennifer would be our first call. I recommend her highly for her professionalism, patience and kindness.
