Jennie is an amazing realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable of the local market and trends, understands the process, and knows how to stage and prep your home for top dollar. She took the time to make sure I knew what needed to be done in every room, and outside the home, so that it would show its best. I got the home ready, and then she built an amazing marketing campaign. She designed the flyers, did the photography, and pre listed it to get the interest up. When we hit we had offers day one, and the home sold for $55k over appraisal even. She helped me navigate through the entire process. She is an amazing person and realtor.
