So, where do I start? There are so many great things about having Rhonda as our agent I will run out of space, but here are the few main ones: 1- She is VERY knowledgeable and knows what she's doing. She knows technicalities of real estates and the market both which comes priceless when you are trying to decide between options. 2- She has an amazing character and is an absolute pleasure to talk, chat, email or go see houses with. Her upbeat personality helped us keep a positive attitude throughout our search despite very low inventory on the market. 3- She is organized and keeps a tab on every task that needs to be done. If it slips your mind, her email reminders will come just at the right moment for you to keep things rolling. 4- She is on your side and does all in her ability to get you the deal you want. I've lost count of how many times she has emailed, called and reached out to the seller of our house to get clarification and to relay what we wanted done for us. 5- She is very efficient, we found our first house with her and closed on it in less than 2 months, this is including a 40 day close seller requested. 6- She works with amazingly skilled and efficient people; we were having problems with our financial institutions for mortgage, she recommended someone who was just beyond what we were looking for in a loan officer. Same goes for the home inspector, we went with her recommended person and the report we got was amazingly detailed and well put together. She is WAY more that what one needs and wants as an agent. Cesar explained the whole process of listing the property as oppose to FSBO, which I did initially. He was not pushy at all. He was helpful and knowledgeable. Was quick to set up the property (pictures/description) to be exposed to Zillow and MLS. He always gave me an update for people who were interested with the property. For any questions , Cesar was quick to respond. Because of his service, I have opted to use him as my agent to buy a replacement property. He's very patient and always made himself available. He is a great Agent, very efficient and professional.
