In March of 2022 Scott Dunlop helped me sell my moms house after she went into a memory clinic. This was a tough time for our family but Scott made the process so much easier, not only did he help sell the house but also helped with the process of emptying all the items from the house he also helped with the repairs that were needed in order to put the house on the market. I was impressed with the level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. The market at that time was fluctuating dramatically, Scott navigated me through it all and even convinced me not to accept an offer that I thought was okay, a day later I got a cash offer at the price that I was looking for. Scott was always available his responsiveness was incredible throughout the whole process. Scott is absolutely wonderful to work with, it’s like having a friend on the inside working for you. I highly recommend Scott Dunlop

Joe had a lot of patience with us throughout the entire time we were looking for a house since July. He'll answer our questions with the best of his knowledge. He thinks what's best for us. He answers my text and calls everytime I have questions even early in the morning. He is not only our agent but me and my family became friends to him. And like what he told us throughout our journey searching for a house he told us that there is a house for us...and yes finally in the month if September, we did found a house that we really love. Joe is the greatest, frienliset and helpful agent who doesn't think of himself but cared for his clients. Duper agent, Joe!
