This was my second time working with Leanna - she helped me purchase this townhouse in 2023. When it came time to sell, there was no question who to call. Leanna is experienced, professional, and easy to work with - her "superpower" seems to be her ability to manage and "win over" other agents (they, obviously, find her easy to work with too). Buyer's agents are not always easy to work with and having Leanna as a buffer was invaluable. This was not an easy sale but Leanna was there every step of the way, often doing the other agent's job, to make sure everything stayed on track. I had high expectations and she even exceeded them, getting this property under contract and sold for more than I was expecting and in less time.
