Because of Simon’s excellent knowledge of the current market he was very successful in pricing and negotiating a sales price, on our behalf, that exceeded our expectations. The preparation and sale of this house was emotionally stressful for me and my family and Simon’s steady, confident and upbeat personality helped guide us through this difficult time. He also had the patience and skill to effectively communicate with our elderly father.
