Nestor was truly a pleasure to work with. He was very patient with our long process of finding our dream home. He was always prompt and available as well as very professional. Nestor helped us both buy and sell our homes and was very thourough with all of the required paperwork. I would recommend Nestor to anyone buying or selling a home. He is both gracious and generous and always makes you feel good about the transaction. He’s not pushy and won’t steer you the wrong way. Nestor was also very helpful in connecting us to professionals who were able to address needed repairs in our old home as well as professionals needed to remodel our new home. This networking was invaluable and was key in receiving a desirable offer. The process of buying and selling a home during COVID-19 was complex; however, Nestor made it very easy and put us at ease.
