As the Trustee of her trust and living 100 miles away from Modesto, I had heard horror stories about being an absent seller, I needed not to worry with Richard. Richard meet with me and he came with comps for the area in addition to having his home work on the value for the home he had a realistic marketing plan. In less than one week I had two offers for the home one for more than the listed price; granted it is a sellers market Richard made sure the offers were solid - My contacts with Richard were professional, open and honest. Truly a super person and a great realtor!! By the way the home was sold for more than the listing price.

I have used many realtors over the years and none have compared to Nancy Call in her knowledge & experience. She went above & beyond all expectations of what a realtor would do to help & and assist a client in such stressful times. Nancy made you feel important & as comfortable as possible. She even assisted my other realtor in another state with his process & paperwork. This woman is a perfect example of the depiction of customer service. She is worth every dime she gets and she really earned her commission. I can't possibly give her a higher recommendation other than to tell you to HIGHER HER.........
