Selling my house in this tough market wasn’t easy, but Greg Silva and his team really came through. From the start, they were professional, hardworking, and didn’t give up—even when things slowed down. What I appreciated most was how they reached out to every possible buyer, followed up with people who showed interest, and made sure the home kept getting attention, even when the market wasn’t in our favor. Their communication was excellent. I always knew what was going on—whether it was feedback from showings, updates about the market, or changes in our selling strategy. Greg and his team were always honest, clear, and quick to respond, which really helped me feel at ease during a stressful time. They had a solid plan and stayed focused. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to sell the house when many others were still sitting on the market. I’m very thankful for their support and would absolutely recommend Greg Silva Real Estate to anyone looking to sell.
