Jim was the best. Every time something came up he had the answer or was able to quickly get us the answer. When we had problems with closing he worked overtime, after hours to get the problem resolved. I have worked with Jim on 5 different home transactions and I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. His knowledge of the market and timing has been perfect. Even after the transaction Jim was available to help us with gardeners, contractors or a handyman. I feel Jim is honest and a trustworthy person

I had the most amazing team and leading the charge was Monica. She was quick to answer my questions and anything she didn’t have the answer to she quickly resolved. It was wonderful, knowing that I had somebody in my corner who was going to advocate for me and look out for my best interests. I would give her 10 stars if I could, and if anybody needs a realtor, she is my recommendation. On a personal level, she is kind and funny and just an overall joy to interact with.
