My husband met Lisa in October of 2021. At that time, we were not sure about whether we would lease or sell our house. Lisa gave us the pros and cons of selling and leasing. She was very patient in answering all our queries and in waiting for our decision. She is so professional in dealing with us and she never pressured us into signing any agreement, unlike another agent who we just met and made us sign a contract with him. I was not happy with how the other agent dealt with us and we preferred Lisa to help us instead. We told Lisa about our problem and she was very understanding and helped us settle our problem with the other agent. We finally decided to put our house on the market last May. I was scared at first because I did not want to go through all the trouble of selling a house, but Lisa made it so easy for us and she helped us every step of the way. Our house was only on the market for 11 days and we were able to sell it for more than 160,112 over the asking price. Words will never be enough on how grateful and happy we are for everything that Lisa has done for us. We highly recommend her to everyone because she is so trustworthy and genuinely cares about her clients.
