Alex was really great. I knew very little about Palm Springs and Alex took the time to give me insight into the area, the neighborhood differences and the various condo developments. ( I also highly recommend his agency's website: pscondos . Check out their neighborhood maps etc.) I am continuing my search there bc I didn't exactly what I was looking for and this was my first foray into the area- but, when I am ready to buy, I will use Alex as my agent.
