We are young females who didn’t have the slightest idea about the home buying process. We were working with a realtor before meeting Judy but after putting in multiple offers and not getting a response, we decided to seek another realtor. We went to an open house in Camarillo (since we would spend any free weekend looking at homes) and met Judy and Ernesto. Judy asked us a few questions about how our home search was going, asked us what it was we were looking for and gave us some really useful information. We got such a great vibe from Judy that we decided the next day we NEEDED her as our realtor. We called Judy on a Monday to let her know we wanted to meet with her and talk about moving forward with her. Come Tuesday, she had 3 houses set up for us to look at.
