I recently had the great pleasure of working with Brandy when my mom unexpectedly passed and the family had to sell her home. Brandy was professional, thorough, responsive, kind and helpful from beginning to end. Under the circumstances, we had a lot to do in a short amount of time, and Brandy was absolutely critical in helping me through the process – she had suggestions from the first moment we spoke, and guided me with advice and numerous vendor referrals throughout. I couldn’t possibly have done this without her guidance. The process of selling a home can be a difficult one under the best of circumstances, let alone these, and it was wonderful to have someone so responsive to help us navigate this process. The house recently sold, and we are happy (well, maybe a little sad) to have this stage behind us. This lady is a top-notch realtor. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
