Exceptional Service in a Complicated Sale

Jody helped us to sell our rental property. We had many questions before listing the property and while it was on the market. She always responded immediately and patiently answered everything, ensuring we knew exactly what to expect. Later, we encountered an unexpected situation when the buyer's agent was unable to proceed—this, coupled with an unresponsive lender, significantly delayed our transaction. Jody kept us updated on the status and even took on the responsibility that the buyer's agent should have handled. After a much longer time than anticipated, we finally closed the escrow. We are really glad we made the right choice, especially for our unusual sale transactions. Finding an experienced and knowledgeable professional is the number one factor to consider when selling or buying a property, especially in complicated situations—and Jody is that agent.

Amazing, patient and very knowledgeable agent.

Heather is so knowledgeable of the market through all of her years of experience. Hubby and I were not the easiest of people to deal with as we were in a contingency of selling our home in order to buy one out of state. I understand the market became really difficult in April 2025 and homes in our area were just not selling. Heather did everything in her power to help our house sell. She was constantly in touch with our agent out of state with updates. This really helped with us not losing our new home. Our house sold and it was all because of Heather and her good work.
