This is our second time working with Marcia Hadeler. Our most recent experience this month (May 2022) was selling a townhome in Napa. Marcia has this saying, “Click or call, I do it all!” which sounds kind of cliché but she really does. From the moment we signed the listing agreement she set up someone to do a full house cleaning and someone for a home inspection so that everything was spic and span and there would be no delay for an open house. By having an inspection done in advance she could show buyers the condition of the home and that there were no issues that needed to be addressed. Within a week we had multiple offers and were under contract and over list price even though we thought the list price might be too high. On top of that we had a 15 day close!
