5,000 real estate agents in Los Angeles

Vida was great throughout the nerve-wracking process of selling my late parents’ house, even when logistical problems came up and things got rocky. Her 30+ years of experience was invaluable—she is kind and understanding, but tough when needed. She’s helped my family buy and sell several properties, and I highly recommend her.

We had vida selling our home. She has so much love and attention to details for all needs form both sides. Thank you vida

Vida Monify is a highly qualified, very experienced, and very personable real estate agent. She not only knows the market in which she works thoroughly, but she also has a personal flair for understanding each house and its "perfect audience," so to speak. We noticed the difference between her and the other agents we had interviewed to sell our house immediately: rather than to propose expensive "arial photography" and staging, she immediately understood that the style of our house would cater to a specific type of customer, and that it was important to leave the vision of how that customer would fit into the house to them. When we spoke of the right pricing for the house, she proposed a price that was higher than the one we had envisioned. Once we engaged her, she came through immediately: she brought in potential customers quickly, and we had an excellent offer within a week. Her negotiating skills were quite impressive, and were demonstrated again when we received another offer not long after the first one. Now in multiples, she used this negotiating power to our advantage, and we soon went into escrow with the best buyer. From there, everything proceeded with ease until closing. She and her team knew what our needs as sellers were, and what the needs of the buyers were. She mediated with ease and confidence, always with a personal touch. She was responsive, available, and reassuring throughout the process. We are grateful to her, and would highly recommend her to anyone who is confused by so many other agents' unnecessary emphasis on the new fads and trends of brokering the sale of a house. Vida gained our trust, and her long career in real estate testifies to the fact that she has done the same with many other satisfied customers also.
