Ms. Jackie Donell was immensely helpful in assisting me successfully purchased a house within the limited timeline I had to work with. I had no experience dealing with buying a house, but my husband was out of the country at the time, so I had to make many decisions by myself. I was so fortunate to have Jackie to consult all the time. She was so kind and was always available to answer my questions and help me understand the issues and options. She was also extremely knowledgeable and capable. Not only she checked on everything offered by the seller, she took the initiative to confirm by inspecting the property carefully and obtaining county documents for validation. It was over the COVID period, and she was able to persist working to make the deal completed in time. I am so very grateful to her for all her help and the extra miles she went thru to get my house successfully secured!
