Desiree and Jippi are the best Very professional made what would have been a stressful situation much easier always had an answer to any question I had sold our house for what I expected bought our new house for less than I expected you can’t beat that

Following the loss of our parents, we were faced with the difficult task of selling their home of 48+ years - our childhood home. Having worked with Jenn in the past to buy and sell property, there was never any doubt who we wanted to work with to sell our family home. Jenn was kind and understanding, and treated us like family. She was there coaching us and helping us every step of the way, from getting the house ready to list, until escrow closed. She kept us up-to-date throughout the entire process, and helped to keep things moving along, in spite of hiccups with the buyer’s lender. We never had to wonder what the status was of the sale, or the escrow process. With Jenn’s help, we found a wonderful family that can grow and make their own memories in that house. If we have real estate needs in the future, we won’t hesitate to once again ask Jenn to represent us. If you need to buy or sell, we can’t recommend Jenn highly enough!Wendy & Tambrie

I cannot say enough about this woman. Jippi not only found me my dream home, she connected me with a great mortgage broker, took care of all of the inspections on my house and when there was a problem she dealt with it immediately. She's like a one stop shop at your favorite store. I am now in the process of buying my second home with her and it's been another great experience. My favorite is when she tells me to just go to work and do my job and she'll do hers. Thanks, Jippi!
