Working with Charles was a very positive experience . From the moment he started showing the property, his follow up with the Selling Agents was unwavering, and always one step ahead of the process. Always professional and optimistic, Charles experience gives him the ability to anticipate every possible scenario, that allowed us to make the best decisions as Sellers during the selling process. There were a few unexpected delays due to Covid as all precautions were taken to keep everyone safe, but Charles’s patience and positive outlook got us to the finish line. We could not be happier with how he handled every situation and would not hesitate to work with him again.
