Heidi helped us buy our first home. She was always willing to make room in her day to show us places we found online, even on very short notice. She has excellent knowledge of the home values in the area, as well as what to watch out for when dealing with mountain homes. She will not try to encourage people to buy a home that she does not feel is a solid value, even if she has to wait weeks or months to help you buy the right home. Heidi was willing to give advice or respond to emails and texts at odd hours, and she was never anything but kind and responsive. She also handled endless paperwork for us, even when we switched lenders and had to start over, always with a great attitude. Heidi was great to work with from start to finish and I would never hesitate to recommend her.
