After I first reached out, Kim came over to the house and walked through it with me and told me how I could best prepare the house for sale. She communicated with me throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions quickly (and I had LOTS of questions) and was always reachable by cell phone. She made the process enjoyable and we were lucky to get well above the initial asking price. I would definitely work with her again whether buying or selling a home.
